i-CABLE Communications Limited ("i-CABLE ") (Stock Code: 1097) announced today changes to its senior management team. Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Mr. Felix TO Chi-Hak (Mr. To) has resigned from his positions with the Board of Directors. Ms. Sandy YU (Ms. Yu) and Mr. Herman HO (Mr. Ho) have also resigned from their respective positions as Chief Executive Officers of How How Productions Group Limited and Stars Music International – both subsidiaries of i-CABLE – and from related positions in the Group. All changes are effective immediately. The resignations were reached by mutual agreement with the Board on amicable terms, with no disagreements between the parties. The Board wishes to express its appreciation for their contributions during their time with the company.
The Board also announced the appointment of current Executive Director Ms. Ivy WONG Nga-Fan as Chief Executive Officer.
Following a review of the Group’s business transformation progress, business performance, and future strategic priorities, the Board believes that the Group must move swiftly to accelerate the pace of transformation and position the Group for its next phase of growth.
