Mr. Ho Chin Man Clement(“Mr. Ho”) joined the Group in July 2026. He is the chief financial officer ofthe Company and is responsible for the accounting and financial management ofthe Group.

Mr. Ho has over 17 yearsof experience in finance with a broad scope of experience in audit, corporate restructuring, accounting advisory, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, and commercial finance. Prior to joining the Group, he worked for an international accounting firm and several companies engaged in hotel and investment properties, digital asset management and digital financial services,as well as media and entertainment businesses.  

Mr. Ho has obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics with First Class Honours from the University of Bath, United Kingdom. He is a certified public accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
