Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quotation/tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for broadcasting, IT, engineering, facilities management, events, and corporate services requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, service levels, and contract conditions to achieve cost savings.
• Prepare procurement documentation, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance reports.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service standards.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Assist in budget tracking, spend analysis, and annual procurement planning.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Experience in media, broadcasting, telecommunications, IT, or technology procurement is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and cost analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP system is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
