Responsibilities:

• Deployment & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain CABD, SMATV, broadband, and fibre optic network infrastructure;
• Diagnostics & Testing: Diagnose network faults and conduct rigorous field tests to ensure optimal performance;
• Subscriber Support: Provide premium on-site technical support and troubleshooting at subscriber premises;
• Project Execution: Plan, coordinate and execute network deployment and maintenance workflows;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders to drive project delivery.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Diploma holder in Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in CABD/SMATV/telecommunications industry
• Demonstrates a keen interest and strong learning agility in SMATV, HFC and telecommunications technologies
• Valid Class 1 & 2 Driver’s Licenses with a clean driving record and a valid Safety Green Card are an advantage
• Ability and willingness to perform outdoor tasks under varying weather conditions
• Flexibility to execute ad-hoc duties and support tasks as assigned by supervisors
• Shift duty is required
