Job Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and the organization.
  • Performa range of administrative duties, including general office support, expense analysis and management, procurement and inventory control, insurance administration, and contract and documentation management.
  • Maintain and update key records and systems, including payment processing, contract management, and filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of administrative reports for management review.
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with 3 - 5 years relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and experience in office relocation is an advantage
  • Result-oriented with “can do” attitude; enthusiastic, cheerful without going personality
  • A strong team player and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; proactive, well organized and attentive to details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and collaborative working style
