Responsibilities

Process AP vouchers & payments.
Prepare funding forecast.
Ensure all financial deadlines are met and provide reliable support to internal stakeholders.
Monitor accounts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution
Support the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
Assist with system enhancements and process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.
Prepare management reports and analysis as required.
Assist in preparing audit schedules and materials for statutory audit.
Perform ac hoc accounting duties as assigned

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Student member of recognized professional accounting organization (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent professional bodies) is preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant experience with accounting exposure is preferred.
Hands-on financial reporting experience in sizable organization is an advantage.
Experience with financial systems and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills with an analytical mind.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
