Ms. Wong Nga Fan (‘‘Ms. Wong’’) has been appointed as an executive Director with effect from 16 September 2025.

Ms. Wong has over 25 years of experience in the digital media and digital marketing industry, spanning print, digital,television, mobile and social media in Asia. Ms. Wong has been the founder and chief executive officer of VS Media Limited since 2013. VS Media Limited is adigital media and social commerce company that manages a network of leading digital creators across the Asia-Pacific region. VS Media Limited is indirectly wholly owned by VS MEDIA Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: VSME). Ms. Wong has been the chief executive officer, chairman and a major shareholder of VS MEDIA Holdings Limited, which has been listed on Nasdaq, since 2022.

Prior to launching VS Media Limited, Ms. Wong wasthe founder and chief executive officer of Vissible & Co Limited, which founded the award-winning product VISS, a social media and commerce platform focused on fashion and lifestyle, which was later acquired, and Ms. Wong joined HMV Entertainment (Hong Kong) Limited in 2014.

Ms. Wong has extensive experience in leading major media brands in developing their digital presence in Asia. She served as chief executive officer of Next Mobile Limited from 2011 to 2013, overseeing the company’s mobile and digital media strategy. She joined TVB.com Limited from 2007 to 2011, serving as chief operating officer, where she developed Television Broadcasts Limited’s overall digital media business. She worked at Yahoo! from 1999 to 2007, with her last position being senior director of global sales where she was responsible for sales development in the Asia Pacificregion. Ms. Wong graduated from the University of Toronto in Canada with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Marketing and Economics in 1996.
