Ms. NG Yuk Mui Jessica (“Ms. Ng”) was appointed as anon-executive Director in July 2019. She is also a member of the nominationcommittee of the Company.

She is an executive director, the executive vicechairman, chief executive officer and a member of the executive committee of South China Financial Holdings Limited whose shares are listed on the MainBoard of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”). She is also a non-executive director of South China Holdings Company Limited whose shares are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King’s College London, University of London in the United Kingdom and was admitted to the Hong Kong Bar in 2006. She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, a member of the 12th Hebei Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and a standing committee member of the 13th Hebei Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
