Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially-driven Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a pivotal Finance Business Partner. Moving beyond traditional reporting, the role will act as a finance business partner supporting our Telecommunications and Media business units, as well as our corporate functions, translating complex data into actionable insights. The role will play a critical role in our digital transformation journey by supporting the implementation of NetSuite and Data Warehouse systems, ensuring our financial processes are streamlined, scalable, automated, and data-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Forecasting: Deliver comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and telecom/media industry benchmarks.
• Business Partnering: Act as the finance business partner for business units, facilitating monthly reporting and annual budgeting while proactively identifying risks and strategic growth opportunities.
• Management Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring all deliverables to stakeholders are accurate and punctual.
• Systems & Digital Transformation: Provide core support for the implementation and optimization of NetSuite and Data Warehouse environments.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of financial workflows and champion the use of advanced analytical tools to enhance data-driven     decision-making.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional Qualification: Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent) is highly preferred (Candidates from "Big 4" or mid-tier firms looking for their commercial move are welcome).
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or management accounting. Experience within the Telecom, Media, or Technology (TMT) sector is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills are a must and prior experience with ERP implementation (specifically NetSuite) is a major plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, fluency in Cantonese and English, and the ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Financial Analyst.
