Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Manager in daily communications and coordination with IP licensors and licensees.
• Manage licensing documentation, facilitate product approval workflows, and assist with royalty tracking and reporting.
• Provide administrative support, including preparing business documents and coordinating contract and payment matters.
• Handle product and sample photography, including photo retouching and image preparation for marketing use.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies, Communications or related disciplines.
• 2–3years of experience in licensing or a related role; experience with Japanese anime/IP is highly preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin); Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
• Proactive, independent, mature, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively under pressure, maintain a positive, can-do attitude, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Officer
