Job Description

Maintain digital content (videos and music)
Review databases for updating Library resources
To be responsible for monitoring, updating and developing digital content for web pages as assigned
Remind user of Library policies as required to ensure that the resources of the Library are fully accessible
Assist to solve music copyright enquiries and the digitization project
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

HKDSE or equivalent qualifications
Good command in English & Chinese
Familiar with Chinese word processing is a must
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge in music and library relevant matters are preferred
Positive personality and good communication skills
Able to work independently on roster duty
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
