Job Description

To be responsible for managing the maintenance activities, focused on meeting company goals and customer experience
Oversee the day-to-day network activity, ensuring commitments are maintained and tracked for measurable performance indicators
Instil proper workplace values in the team (e.g., responsibility, honesty, quality, respect, motivation)
Oversee training of team members. Responsible for coordinating and ensuring proper technical training is identified and administered
Cultivate teamwork and mentorship, internal and external to the Network Maintenance to encourages solution sharing and knowledge transfer
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor

Requirement

Higher Diploma in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline
Valid drivers licenses Class 1 & 2 with satisfactory driving record
Registered Grade A Electrical worker and safety green card are must
Keen interest in Telco, ELV and IBCCDS/CABD/SMATV technology
Work outdoor in all kinds of weather
Perform other duties as requested by Manager
Less experience will be considered as junior post
