Job Description

• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating daily content/live streaming for company websites, social media accounts and platform.
• Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.
• Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
• Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
• Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
• Knowledge in SEO methods, concept of social listening and meta data for traffic enhancement preferred.
• Monitor daily content publishing, handle content operation issues reporting
• Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
• Perform ad-hoc duties or projects support as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s diploma or degree in multi-media is preferred.
• Experience creating strong, engaging content preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital content operation / copywriting
• An understanding of SEO and meta data best practices.
• Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, thumbnail graphic and video editing.
• Good in research, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience in TV broadcasting, online multimedia platform or digital media will be a plus
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
• Passionate about content marketing and social media marketing.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Content Creator
