To be responsible for handling key customer enquiries and complaints; analyzing customer feedback and identifying the root cause of each case for continuous service improvement; participating in the quality assurance projects to achieve a high level of service quality and operation efficiency; preparing and conducting training programs for regulatory compliance and policies enforcement
University graduate with minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in telecommunication industry is preferred
Proficient in PC applications including MS Office
Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese
Strong communication and presentation skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Independent, well-organized, customer-oriented with analytical mind
